These guidelines are a joke. People are not adhering and there is zero enforcement. I drove by M street beach yesterday. Driving my kids out of the city where they can run around and not be near the crowds. I saw 2 state Troopers parked on M st beach, about 3’ away from one and another with no masks on. They were out of vehicles standing next to each other without any face covering. Great example to set🤪
